Delivery & Making Payment

For most items we will endeavour to deliver within 2 working days all orders received by 4.00 pm. Often the goods will be delivered the following working day. Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 + VAT, with orders below this value incurring a delivery charge of £4.50 + VAT.

However, for bulkier items, such as furniture and security safes, extra arrangements have to be made and we will endeavour to deliver these items within 14 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We accept most Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal, and all goods must be paid for in full at the time an order is placed.

30 Day Payment Terms are availble to Local and Central Govenment Departments, Schools and other Public Sector organisations who have accounts set up or place orders with an Official Purchase Order reference number.

30 Day Payment Terms are also availble for authorised businesses after the successful opening of an Account with Zebra Business Services Limited.
